Our Sons Name

Brian and I decided on the name Blake Boston for our son. We are still tossing around a couple of different middle names. We chose the name Blake back when I was pregnant with Ally and we still love it. Blake's spiritual meaning is "Forgiven". The life verse we have chose for him is
Psalms 86:5 "For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, and abundant in mercy to all those who call upon You.

My parents gave my brothers and I life verses that pertained to the meaning of our names and that gave voice to Gods purpose and plan for our lives. Still to this day I have my life verse hidden in my heart (Romans 12:1-2). My hope is the same for my children. Allyson's name means "Truthful" and her life verse is
Proverbs 3:3 "Let not mercy and truth forsake you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart."
